How to get the best out of this cd ? You will hear a syllable over and over on each track. You will have time to repeat each sound every time you hear it. You can also sing with the voice. Be inspired by the background sound of the sea. The song of the waves has been chosen especially to blend with "character" of each shakra.
What should be our position when doing yoga of sound ? Sit down cross-legged, in the Buddha position or in the normal Western style on a chair (on the edge of the chair). Don't cramp yourself, you will need to be able to breathe freely.
There is no right way to do yoga. We will propose several variations and you will find others. You can play a set rhythm over several weeks; one shkra per week's listening, singing a track every day on a selected track. You can put the cd on and listen to it as you practise your hatha-yoga. Before beginning a programm, it would be best if you tried out the first track; that way you will have a better idea of how to proceed subsequently.
